1. Where is my order?
You will receive an order confirmation as soon as your order has been placed. You will receive a separate email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse which may take up to 3 business days.
2. How can I track the status of my order?
Australian shipped orders are sent via our reputable courier service and a tracking number will be provided to you via email. Tracking is available via email from our courier.
New Zealand and all other internationally shipped orders are sent via our International courier. Tracking numbers will be provided directly from our courier via email.
3. Why am I being charged by customs when I already paid for shipping?
For all International Orders - Our shipping charge is for transport costs only, and does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. We do not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. We do not accept any orders back due to rejection of customs charges. Orders cannot be returned to sender.
4. Do you ship Internationally?
We certainly do! We deliver to most destinations around the world via our courier. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery of your order. We do not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Shipping to each country varies in price, so please get in touch with us to get an exact price! Please note this is transport costs only and does not cover any import liabilities that may be applied by the Government of the destination country.

6. What material is your Teepee made of?
Our Teepees are 100% cotton canvas fabric. Perfect for both indoor & outdoor use. Our Poles are made from Beech timber – So they are nice and sturdy for your little human to play in. All our Teepee's come pre-assembled. No more threading through fabric and joining poles!
7. What size are your Teepees?
All our Teepees are the same size.

8. What is your returns policy?
We do not offer refunds for change of minds. So please choose carefully!
If you order is damaged or faulty, please contact us straight away and send us a photo of the damage. Please ensure you do this within the 7 day period and we will offer you a refund or exchange. All returned products must be unused, unassembled and in their original condition (including all original product packaging)
9. How can I pay?
We accept payment via PayPal or credit card using Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Afterpay.
10. Can I send a Teepee as a gift to a friend?
What a lovely friend you are– Yes, our Teepees make the perfect gift for any little human. Just put their details in the shipping section when you’re checking out, and use your email and details in the billing section.
11. Is Cattywampus sold in stores?
We currently sell our Teepee's and Playmat's on our online store, with free shipping. However, we are also found in stores around Australia. Send us an email or chat to find out our locations.
12. How do I clean my Cattywampus Teepee?
We recommend spot cleaning our Teepee's with warm soapy water.
13. My Teepee is creased, how can I fix it?
All our Teepee's arrive Pre-Assembled, so sometimes they may arrive slightly creased. However, this is an easy fix! As our Teepee's are made from a durable cotton canvas, give your Teepee a quick iron at home to smooth out the creases or even a quick steam will do.
We have found you can leave the fabric in the sticks and just place it on a flat surface to iron works. However, you can also remove the fabric from the sticks and iron this way as well.
