You will receive an order confirmation as soon as your order has been placed. You will receive a separate email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse which may take up to 3 business days.
2. How can I track the status of my order?
Australian shipped orders are sent via our courier and a tracking number will be provided to you via email. Tracking is available via email from our courier.
New Zealand and all other internationally shipped orders are sent via our International courier. Tracking numbers will be provided directly from our courier via email.
3. Why am I being charged by customs when I already paid for shipping?
For all International Orders - Our shipping charge is for transport costs only, and does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. We do not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. We do not accept any orders back due to rejection of customs charges. Orders cannot be returned to sender.
4. Do you ship Internationally?
We certainly do! We deliver to most destinations around the world via our courier. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery of your order. We do not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. The Standard Shipping Rate to all international destinations is a flat rate of AUD$89 per order. Please note this is transport costs only and does not cover any import liabilities that may be applied by the Government of the destination country.

6. What material is your Teepee made of?
Our Teepees are 100% cotton canvas fabric. Perfect for both indoor & outdoor. Our Poles are made from Beech timber – So they are nice and sturdy for your little human to play in.
7. What size are your Teepees?
Our Teepees are all the same size.
The poles are 1.75m long. Once spread out, our Teepees are approximately 1m wide.
8. What is your returns policy?
We do not offer refunds for change of minds. So please choose carefully!
If you order is damaged or faulty, please contact us straight away and send us a photo of the damage. Please ensure you do this within the 7 day period and we will offer you a refund or exchange.
9. How can I pay?
We accept payment via PayPal or credit card using Visa, MasterCard or Amex.
10. Can I send a Teepee as a gift to a friend?
What a lovely friend you are– Yes, our Teepees make the perfect gift for any little human. Just put their details in the shipping section when you’re checking out, but use your email and put your details in the billing section.
11. Is Cattywampus sold in stores?
Our Teepees are currently only sold online – Delivered straight to your door with no fuss.
Reselling our Teepees is not allowed without prior permission.
