Our 10 most FAQ'S

We thought we would take this opportunity to address all the questions we get asked about our Teepee’s.. to Delivery.. to everything in between! We value the little things, from our design to our Teepee’s so it fits within a styled room through to the care of our packaging, delivery and journey.  If there is something we missed, just let us know! 

1. Our most popular question! How long does delivery take?

Good question! We are based in Melbourne, so all orders being delivered to Melbourne will take approx. 1-2 business days.

If you need your item urgently and you are based in Melbourne, just let us know! Depending on time of day, we may be able to arrange super express drop off service, which will be same day delivery (Additional Cost may occur).
For all other states, please allow up to 6 business days.
Here is the breakdown:

• NSW: 1-3 business days
• SA: 1-3 business days
• QLD: 3-6 business days
• WA: 4-7 business days

Once you place your order, you will receive an email from us just letting you know that we have received your order and we are getting ready to send it out to you! If you don’t receive this email, please check your junk.. It could end up in there!

We aim to dispatch all our Teepee’s the next business day. Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive another email from us letting you know your Teepee is on its way. You will also receive another email from our courier with tracking details.

2. Where is my order? 

Help! I don’t know where my order is! Can you track it?
Another great question! All our Teepee’s are sent via our courier. We have found them to be the most reliable and also able to deliver the fastest.  Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a separate email from our courier company with your tracking details. Here you will be able to see the status of your delivery. If it is showing no scan events found – That’s okay! Sometimes it can take some time to update. 

If you are having trouble finding your tracking email or your item has been in transit, or stuck for a long time, just send us an email and we can look into it further for you. 

3. What happens if I'm not home? 

That’s okay! We all lead busy lives and we totally understand. If you’re not home when the courier tries to deliver your Teepee, they will leave a card at your door or in your mailbox with instructions on what to do next. However, if you would like it to be left at the front door, just let us know at checkout and we can make sure its left in a safe place. 

If there are any other delivery instructions you want us to know about, just leave a note at the checkout and we will pass this on to our courier! We find if you are needing your teepee fast, marking your delivery 'Authority to leave' is the best option!

4. How do I set up my Teepee?

Well, would you believe us if we said 60 seconds? Yep! That’s right. All our Teepee’s come Pre-Assembled.. Nice and easy, just the way we roll. Don’t waste time connecting poles and inserting them through the fabric! Ain’t nobody got time for that! Still don’t believe us? Well here’s the proof (Just press play) 

5. What will my Teepee come in?

All our Teepee’s are packed in a cylinder tube. As all our Teepee’s are pre-assembled, we found this is the easiest way to deliver them, the tube also makes a great storage option! Our tubes are also light-weight, so easy to move around. We also have brand new LUXE packaging for all our Snow Dust, Wild Dove and Ivory Mist Teepee's! Just picture the look on their faces when you present this beautiful tube to your little one. It might just be the perfect telescope or tunnel for their toy cars! Check it out below: 

6. Do you deliver Internationally?

Yes, we do deliver worldwide! We want everyone to be able to purchase our Teepee’s no matter where you are in the world! As our Teepee’s are in a long cylinder tube at 175cm tall, postage is unfortunately quite high. But don’t worry! We are working on this. If you want to know the postage cost to your country, just send us an email. 

7. What material are your Teepee's made of? 

After numerous hours of testing and samples, we made sure we sourced the perfect fabric for our Teepees! Our Teepees are made from 100% high quality cotton canvas fabric. We opted for a cotton canvas fabric instead of pure cotton so it could be more durable for your little one to play in! It even makes it perfect for both indoor & outdoor use. Our Poles are made from Beech timber – So they are nice and sturdy for your little human to play in. Check out some close ups here:

8. What size are your Teepee's? 

All our Teepees are the same size. Measurements below:

• Pole Height is 175cm
• Base is approx 1m x 1m wide
• Door Opening is approx 1m high
• Weight is 3.5kg 

It really all depends on the way you adjust the rope of your teepee. To get your teepee looking its best, we recommend to adjust the rope high. This will measure the base approx. 1m x 1m wide. However, if you like to create a bigger base when setting up your teepee, adjust the rope lower, therefore spreading it out more. Have a look at the examples below: 

9. When is Pearly Moon coming back in stock? 

We have had so many requests about our Pearly Moon Teepee, the one with the grey chevron down the bottom.  We are currently working on bringing some more back in and we are anticipating more to arrive in July/August! Make sure to send us an email so we can add you on the waiting list! In the meantime, if you are interested in Pearly Moon, our Snow Dust teepee comes closest. You can check it out here. 

10. Why do I need to add my child's name at checkout? 

With all Teepee orders, we will send you a personalised name card for your little human to hang on their new teepee. Be sure to add your child’s name at checkout to receive one, absolutely and positively free!
